Every Tuesday we will look at two basketball games, college or pro, and go into them in detail, trying to find the edges for you. Last week we split our Two on Tuesday offerings, winning with Creighton but losing with Missouri State. We look to get a sweep today and this time we are focused on an ACC matchup and are going back to the MVC for our second play. Enjoy!

Wake Forest at Clemson - 7pm

We have been way down on Wake the last two years, and deservedly so, as this was a bad, bad basketball team. However, must give credit where credit is due, and this year's team is far better than previous editions, as coach Jeff Bzdelik is doing his rebuilding magic once again. Travis McKie and CJ Harris are leading the way, and frosh PG Miller-McIntyre is quickly making people forget Tony Chennault. The Demon Deacons are still not a threat to win the league, but they are better, and should escape the cellar, just like Bzdelik 's Colorado team did after two horrible years. Wake is 9-6 coming into this and has faced a much tougher schedule than that of their foe tonite, and the Tigers have the some record despite the easier slate. They have faced just six teams that have winning records and have gone 2-4 SU in those games, and now they are laying a pretty decent number to one of them. From a numbers standpoint note that the home team is 0-3 ATS of late in this series, and finally note that we love to fade chalk that cannot make free throws, and Clemson hitting just 65% from the line, a number that actually drops to 63% at home. We will be taking the points in this one.

Southern
Illinois at Bradley - 8pm

Our second Two On Tuesday game
takes us to the Missouri Valley Conference as Bradley hosts Southern Illinois
in a rematch of a game on January 2nd that the Braves won by six points, on the
road. Now BU is back at home and laying the same number, and we look for them
to win by an even bigger margin in this game. Note that the first game was not
fluky at all, as both teams shot nearly the same amount of free throws and had
the some production from beyond the arc. Cannot see a big difference this time
around, despite the fact that Bradley has lost three in a row coming in. Those
three games were to teams ranked in the Top 100 in our national Power Ratings -
a category that SIU certainly does not fall into. A close look at the Bradley
schedule shows that they are 9-0 this season when hosting a team not in our Top
100. We look for them to make it 10-0 once this one is done, and our projection
is for a ten point Braves win.

Back next Tuesday...Have a
Great Day!
